
Food and Hospitality 202
Food and Hospitality is fully ‘internally assessed’ in school i.e. there are no external exams in this subject.
However the assessment for each Unit Standard there will be a mix of practical and theoretical work.
This subject is studied for 4 hours per week, one of which is a practical lesson.
The course is made up of eight units of work, and each is assessed near its completion.
Students will be awarded two Certificate of Achievements upon completing and passing all eight Unit Standards - Cookery Schools 2 and 4.
