English Language Requirements for Admission

We only admit students who have studied English in their home countries.

Students should be at Intermediate level or above.

We will assess a student's English language at enrolment.  This is part of our procedure for assessing the correct placement of a student in a course.

English language classes are provided for students at Intermediate, Advanced and IELTS levels.

We will NOT admit students who have very little or no English.  We may be able to make arrangements for students to attend an English language school before starting their study at Kaipara College.
