The College
"The relatively small size of the school contributes to providing a supportive learning environment. Teachers know students well. Positive relationships and interactions between students and staff help to promote learning. Students experience a wide variety of academic, sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities where their participation is encouraged and achievements celebrated. Within these contexts students are able to develop social relationships that support their self-esteem as individuals and learners. These positive factors contribute to developing young people who are confident, resilient, proud of their school and well prepared for life beyond Kaipara College."
